Credit
If you have a code from us, this is what it is and where it works.
Where to use it
Enter it at checkout when you book. It comes straight off the total. You can spend part of it and keep the rest — it is a balance, not a one-off, so a $200 card against a $60 stay leaves you $140 for next time.
Check availabilityIt works on stays, not in the store
The camp store runs on a separate till that knows nothing about these codes, so firewood, ice and shower tokens are cash or card as usual. Credit is for sites, the bell tent and the group site.
Where codes come from
We issue them. Most often when somebody cancels far enough ahead and takes credit instead of a refund — that waives the cancellation fee, so it is worth more than the money back. Sometimes we just send one, if something went wrong or you did us a good turn. You cannot buy one, and we would rather say so than let you hunt for a button.
How long it lasts
Usually a year from the day we issue it. The email that carried your code says the exact date. Some are set never to expire.
Keep the email
The code is the only copy, and anybody holding it can spend it. Treat it like cash. If you have lost yours, get in touch and we can look it up.
